Retail Confectioners International is a non-profit trade association serving the chocolate and confectionery industry since 1917.  Our members are comprised of chocolate makers, confectioners and industry suppliers with a passion for excellent chocolates.  From independetly owned businesses to large multi-million dollar corporations, RCI provides a forum for confectioners to meet, network, share ideas, solve mutual problems, and develop their candy making and entrepreneurial skills.

Our specialized educational programs are designed to equip members with basic knowledge to current techniques and trends in chocolate.
